The Junior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation & Voice bot Delivery) supports company Medical Information (MI) Europe in designing, building, and deploying conversational AI and voice bot solutions across the contact center. Working at the intersection of business analysis and digital technology, this role drives process improvement, automates customer-facing interactions, and enables omnichannel excellence across MI’s European operations.
Medical Information combines scientific knowledge and communication expertise to deliver relevant medical content that supports healthcare professionals and patients. This role contributes to that mission by ensuring our digital channels — including voice bots, IVR flows, and automation — are intuitive, compliant, and capable of delivering high-quality customer experiences across multiple European languages.
Responsibilities:
Voice bot Design & Build
- Design, build, test, and maintain voice bot and conversational AI flows for MI contact center interactions across European markets
- Develop and iterate voice bot dialogue scripts, intent libraries, and NLU training data to maximize containment, accuracy, and customer experience
- Map current-state telephony journeys (As-Is) and design improved future-state (To-Be) voice bot flows aligned to MI service goals
- Collaborate with platform vendors (e.g. Genesys, or equivalent) to configure, deploy, and optimize voice automation solutions
- Ensure voice bot interactions meet regulatory, compliance, and MI quality standards; maintain supporting documentation and validation evidence
- Identify automation opportunities within inbound query handling and design AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and improve first-contact resolution
Requirements:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in one of the following: Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business & Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated foundational skills in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Fluent German
Preferences:
- Voice bot & conversational AI: exposure to dialogue design, NLU/NLP concepts, or voice platform configuration (e.g. Genesys, Google CCAI, Amazon Lex, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Contact center knowledge: understanding of telephony architecture, IVR flows, or omnichannel MI operations
- Data & reporting: ability to work with dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and operational reporting to drive improvement
- Teamwork: highly collaborative; builds strong relationships with team members and business partners across cultures
- Problem-solving: methodical, logical, and proactive in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy: especially in regulated/controlled environment documentation
