DIGITAL/LIVE EVENTS MANAGER – DUBLIN 3

  1. 5 Days a week in the office
  2. 50 – 60K: starting at 30k BASE for reaching quarterly targets (2.5K a quarter) and stretching to 60K (5K a quarter)
  3. Company Profit Share Scheme (Company Bonus)
  4. 25 days AL plus a day of the birthday

* The successful person will have the responsibility of managing the digital events (webinars) and live events (seminars and co-hosted events) functions on a day-to-day basis reporting to the Head of Digital Growth. The role is hands-on with the expectation of reviewing the events processes/infrastructure and looking at ways to improve and generate new business leads.

Our client’s first specialism was Employment Law and today they offer the service of Human Resource Consultancy, Health and Safety Management, Insurance, Employee well-being, and much more.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure effective planning, management and follow-up activity emanating from all digital events and in-person events to maximise new business opportunities for the company.
  • Be familiar with the digital events landscape (webinars) including product, market conditions, and content.
  • Have a clear understanding of data processes and best practices on the use of data to attract new business opportunities to each event.
  • Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and external event offerings, maintaining and developing good working relationships with external co-hosts.
  • Event execution of all conferences and overall management of all aspects of events including sourcing speakers, outlining content, managing resources, and organising all logistical elements of the event.
  • Working with internal comms, PR, and Marketing to promote the events and ensure the correct target audience is reached.
  • Managing the data set to coordinate invitations and the workflow of the team by assigning tasks, projects, and activities.
  • Writing and proofreading any marketing content and literature related to Events.
  • Working with internal and external teams to produce quality event collateral.
  • To take full ownership of each event and ensure that the right delegate is being invited to attend and to ensure that you have a full understanding of the data required to maximise attendance and business development opportunities.
  • Have full knowledge and maintain reliable and accurate management information on all events (including revenue generation, events held and attendees)
  • Working effectively with the Business Sales Team to ensure that all business opportunities and leads are followed up and to develop a strong collaborative working relationship with the Business Sales Leadership Team.
  • Ensure all data is controlled through our client’s CRM system.
  • To provide reports to and support at management meetings when required.
  • To carry out other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team.
  • To liaise closely with colleagues in different territories to ensure best practices and success are mirrored and implemented successfully.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing successful events through digital platforms
  • Able to motivate, lead and coach a small team of people.
  • Able to work effectively with other people.
  • Understand every stage of the digital customer journey lifecycle and how to nurture and convert net new leads through digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.
  • Experience in working with CRM systems
  • Growing, enriching, and segmenting data pools for effective email automation campaigns
  • Proactive and commercial mindset
