Business Development Representative – German language
Kraków-Poland
Salary: 8500 PLN gross monthly plus bonuses
Hybrid model of work – 3 days from the office, 2 days from home (after 3 weeks of training)
As a German-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in the Sales Organization. In collaboration with your assigned sales team, you will identify, qualify, and nurture cloud computing opportunities. Your role is to identify and generate a high-quality pipeline for the company’s Field sellers so they can ultimately meet or exceed their goals. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how Google Cloud solutions can solve the customer’s digital problems.

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales demand with prospects and existing German customers via Google Meet (Video Conferencing), phone, email, and social selling to identify, qualify and nurture sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively and proactively with Sales teams and support them in reaching their targets
- Support customers ranging from small to medium size businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology
- Deliver on monthly and quarterly metrics: Primary – Pipeline Creation, Pipeline Qualification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales development, relationship management, or the marketing department is a must.
- Fluent in English & German
