Working Hours: between Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts: 8am to 10pm; 2 days off

Paid training: 3 weeks (1 week training + 2 weeks nesting)

Location: Porto, Portugal office based

Salary: 2,217.86 €

Job Description:

• You will be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users
• You are putting together solutions while having the protocols, procedures and instructions as a starting point
• You are able to manage all different types of reports generated by users
• From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding the users behaviours and the Virtual Reality world rules
• Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
• Ensure that the platform’s content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
• You will be effective in agreeing to social media policies
• Ensure training, standards and policies are provided

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Fast learner so you can develop your skills within a short period of time
• Good written and verbal skills in English
• Experience in text editing, revision or digital content analysis ideal but not a must
• Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
