Location: Porto, Portugal

• Fixed schedule: Monday – Friday (including bank holidays)
• Salary: 950 € base + 450 € language bonus + up to 200 euros performance bonus
• Meal allowance 7.63 € per working day
• Full-time Fixed term contract – 6 months

Requirements:

• Fluent, verbal and written in German;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls;
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication;
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools;
• Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines;
• You are putting together solutions to support and expand your customer’s needs
• From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and continuously seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer advertising experience.
