German fluent Technical Support

Working Model: Hybrid 30% office based p/ week (Monday- Friday 10am-7pm)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary:  3500 BGN gross

Training: 2 weeks

Language: German fluent+ English B2

Contract: Permanent

As a Technical Advisor with German and English language, you will be delivering exceptional service to customers from all over the world. You will combine skills, passion, customer-focus, positive mindset to elevate service delivery and will be a strong contributor to the overall success we achieve.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client connections in the German language via email, phone, and chat
• Supporting customers to deliver exceptional customer service and happiness.
• Continuously improving customer satisfaction by handling concerns in a professional way.
• Taking responsibility and accountability for delivering an acceptable solution for the customer.
• Achieve essential KPIs, targets, and goals to guarantee that clients receive the best service possible.

Requirements:

• Fluent German+ B2 in English
• Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;
• Excellent customer care skills;
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
