TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST HUNGARIAN – SOFIA, BULGARIA
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Position: full-time, permanent
Relocation assistance: 14 nights in a city centre hotel & Reimbursement of travel expenses in the amount of up to 490 BGN (96 000 HUF) after 6 months from your start date in the company, in case there is no pre-notice (travel documents need to be presented – e-ticket and invoice) & Advance in the salary of 1056 BGN (208 000HUF) net only upon request of the employee (will be transferred to bank account in 5 working days)
Our client, a leading global provider of customer experience solutions and technology is looking for a Support Specialist with fluent Hungarian language. Our client works with one of the world’s largest vendors of computer software according to the globe rankings, and this role only covers Hungarian-speaking clients.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:30 pm, 9:30 am-6:00 pm, 10:00-6:30 pm, 10:30 am-7:00 pm on rotation / 2 months from the office, after that 70% home, 30% office
Responsibilities:
- Handling Business Clients’ Technical requests via outbound calls, ticketing system and remote sessions coming from Hungarian-speaking customers
- Analyzing service performance issues
- Setting case priority depending on the client’s needs
- Providing relevant solutions through established procedures
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
Requirements:
- Are advanced in both Hungarian and English
- Have previous technical experience or relevant education
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can identify and understand clients’ needs
- Have the ability to present complex information in a simple way
- Are interested in specialization in various Microsoft services
