We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a busy, fast-paced dining environment. This full-time, on-site role involves leading and developing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.
Key responsibilities include staff management and training, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in hospitality management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support a diverse workforce.
- Strong customer service focus, with a track record of delivering excellent guest experiences and handling issues professionally.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including stock control, staff scheduling, and health and safety compliance.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or food service is advantageous.
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
