We’re looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join our client. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules for care assistants and ensure clients receive the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

This is a rewarding role where your organisation and communication skills will make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scheduling and coordinating care assistants’ rotas
  • Matching carers to clients based on availability, skills, and preferences
  • Managing staffing for new clients and care plan changes
  • Ensuring rota coverage for holidays, sickness, and emergencies
  • Communicating with care staff, clients, and families
  • Maintaining accurate scheduling records and reports
  • Supporting the team with general operational coordination

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong organisation and time management skills
✔ Clear and confident communication skills
✔ A compassionate and supportive approach
✔ Good IT and admin skills
✔ Experience in scheduling, logistics, or coordination is an advantage
✔ Previous Home Care Coordinator experience desirable but not essential
Driving licence and local area knowledge preferred
