Location: Dublin City Center
Salary: €40,000 Base + Performance Bonus (OTE €60,000+)

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and engaging target corporate sectors across central Dublin
- This is a proactive, relationship-driven position focused on originating and converting corporate dining and event business across Dublin
- Building a structured outbound pipeline
- Hosting site visits and developing client relationships
- Converting opportunities into contracted revenue
- Creating repeat, multi-event corporate accounts
- Maintaining disciplined CRM and forecasting standards
- Inbound bookings and reservations are managed separately, ensuring your time is protected for focused outbound activity

· Pharma and MedTech
· Event agencies and corporate planners - This role is about building long-term relationships within that ecosystem and positioning our company as a go-to destination for corporate dining and events.
- The role operates within a clearly defined commercial framework:
€400k–€500k outbound corporate revenue target
· 300+ qualified outbound leads annually
· 10+ long-term corporate contracts
· Strong repeat booking metrics - Minimum viability threshold: €250k
High performance: €400k+
Targets are structured, transparent, and fully supported.
Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with professional presence
- Experience in:
In hospitality, events or venue sales in Dublin
· In a B2B corporate sales environment
· In a client-facing commercial role seeking more ownership and impact - Confidently engaging corporate decision-makers
- Structured in pipeline and follow-up management
- Commercially aware of yield and minimum spend
- Professional, articulate, and relationship-focused
