Person-in Charge- CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER

Location: Longford, Ireland

Contract: Permanent

Total working hours: 35h p/week

Salary: 52-62K gross p/year DOE

Responsibilities:

• The Person in Charge will co-ordinate and lead in the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with the organisation’s ethos and values, in a safe, respectful, empathetic, and person-centred manner that promotes inclusion in community life.
• The post holder will be responsible for ensuring HIQA standards and regulations standards are adhered to.

Requirements:

•  Possess a BA (Ord) in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework).

OR

• Be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) or be entitled to be so registered

• Appropriate management qualification in health or social care management.
• Hold NMBI / CORU Registration
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.

• Full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of role is essential.
