Romanian speaking Customer Advisor – Sofia, Bulgaria
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROMANIAN SPEAKING – SOFIA, BULGARIA
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (for the local market time zone)
Training: 2 weeks + 1 week nesting
Working model: Onsite
Salary: 3200 BGN gross ~ 8100 RON gross/month (~ 6300 RON net/month)
Languages: Romanian – native, English-B2

Job description:
- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone
- Ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work both on your own and within a team
- High school education
