Responsibilities:
- Supply/Demand Forecasting via supply chain management tools.
- Monitor/Manage MRP recommendations & convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders.
- Manage Inventory levels and effectively communicate to relevant personnel any issues within the supply chain as they arise.
- Goods Inwards Certificate of Analysis Checks.
- Manage Incoming delivery scheduling from internal and external suppliers.
- Reporting of the receipt of Exempt Medicinal Products to HPRA.
- Raw Material Ordering & Liaising with Suppliers.
- Handling of Quality/Warehouse Issues.
- Contributing to Production/Planning Calls as required.
- Update pricing Info records if required.
- Update Master Data if required.
- Assist in the review and documentation of relevant SOPs and participate in quality audits as required.
- Maintaining of Supplier Records (Bona Fides).
- Answering any Internal Quality or Regulatory Queries.
- Support and full cover for Country Supply Chain & Demand Planning Executive.
- Support Supply Chain Manager with SAP Reporting and Analytics.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP with orientation to materials management, warehousing, purchasing and logistics. Excellent command of SAP Transaction Codes.
- Advanced command of MS Excel.
- Consistently exhibits behaviour and communication skills that demonstrate our client’s commitment to superior customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer.
