As a Norwegian-speaking Travel Support Representative, you will provide high-touch customer service to customers planning international vacations, assisting them in finding solutions for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel needs.

What you need to have:

• Norwegian and English language fluency
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients via the different channels  (inbound calls, outbound calls, email, chat ) and be able to work towards meeting Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
• Strong computer navigation skills, Keyboarding Skills, internet surfing and PC Knowledge
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
