FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT – DUBLIN
Permanent contract
Mon-Fri, full-time, hybrid
Salary: €50k gross/year + Bonus
Required: EU Passport or Irish Stamp 4

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and reporting of monthly financial accounts within SAP and global reporting platform within the prescribed timeframes.
- The provision of management reports to Business users together with relevant insight to the target recipients.
- Monthly VAT/Intrastat and VIES returns – ROI and UK.
- Monthly P30 returns.
- Preparation and submission of CSO and other Statutory returns and surveys.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of balance sheet accounts.
- Review of CO within SAP to ensure accuracy and address variances to forecast target.
- Assistance on business cases and proposals.
- Assistance in the preparation of budget files.
- Assisting with the preparation of the audit process & liaising with auditors.
- Cross-train as backup cover for other Finance Roles.
- Approving VIM invoices within authority matrix limits.
Requirements:
- Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant – CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA/IATI.
- Experienced in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills.
- 3+years’ experience in a multinational environment or practice.
- Proven record in problem solving and ability to critically evaluate information to deliver the right solutions.
- History of delivering, taking charge of tasks and situations to successfully deliver results in a changing environment.
- Can communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organisation.
- Confident to challenge in a respectful manner.
- Resourceful Self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
