German speaking Customer Support Representative

What we can offer:

· Salary package of TOTAL €1 767

· (Competitive salary with benefits package, paid 14 times a year; 950€ of base salary (paid 14 times a year) + 450€ of language bonus + Meal allowance and performance bonus* that can go up to 200€ gross/month x 12) – The bonus is related to agents’ performance*.

· Fixed schedule: Monday – Friday (including bank holidays)

Profile:

· Fluent, verbal and written in German;

· Excellent communication skills;

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Responsibilities:

· Manage incoming phone calls;

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication;

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools;

· Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines;
