Dutch-speaking Quality Assurance & Safety Labelling Analyst (social media)

Specified Purpose Contract – Maternity leave (with possibility for extension)

Our client is a leading short-form video hosting service and their Trust & Safety team’s commitment is to keep the online community safe.

The Quality Assurance team performs a critical function that supports the efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

– Perform daily audit on internal system;

– Provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective team;

– Work with training team to align policy understanding of QA and labellers;

– Provide support on Policy/Quality related questions on ad-hoc basis;

– Responsible in guiding new joiners in order to achieve ramp up target;

– Work closely with Safety Specialist in order to provide feedback on quality;

– Identify potential errors in policy and correct them in time;

– Conduct quality meeting with the team to analyse errors;

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;

– Minimum 1 year working experience in Quality Assurance

– Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labelling will be an added advantage;

– Fluency in Dutch
