SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) SPECIALIST– DUBLIN 3

 

  1. 5 Days a week in the office
  2. Up to €60,000 DOE
  3. Company Profit Share Scheme (Company Bonus)
  4. 25 days AL plus a day of the birthday

 

*Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, the successful candidate will have 8+ years’ experience in SEO and Technical SEO and will be the go-to expert for all technical SEO-related matters, complementing our client’s content and data specialists by providing insights and strategies to enhance their overall SEO campaign performance.

Our client’s first specialism was Employment Law and today they offer the service of Human Resource Consultancy, Health and Safety Management, Insurance, Employee well-being, and much more.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work · Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, schema markup, core web vitals and website performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO Content Specialist and SEO Copywriter to ensure client websites are optimised to support content strategies.
  • Work with their Web and Analytics Specialist to analyse data and refine SEO tactics.
  • Assist with new business development and upsell technical strategies to existing clients.
  • Advise, train & collaborate with internal teams to push for SEO best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team on website audits and on-page SEO efforts.
  • Perform keyword research using various tools and monitor user engagement across the website.
  • Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, and other relevant industry trends, developments, algorithm and strategy updates.
  • Have previous experience working with an in-house web development team. Be able to report specific issues to their UK team.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree
  • 8+ years’ experience working in an SEO-focused role.
  • 8+ years of Coding experience.
  • A self-starter approach, who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog & Ahrefs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge and experience working across various CMS platforms and frameworks such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Magento.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices.
