German fluent Technical Support 2nd Level
Working Model: first 3 months in the office, after that hybrid (based on the performance)
Hybrid 30% office-based p/ week (2 days/weekly from the office) – No shifts on Bulgarian bank holidays
(Monday- Friday 9am-6pm)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 4000BGN gross p/month
Training: 6 weeks
Language: German fluent+ English B2
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Process support requests;
- Analyze system logs;
- Remote troubleshooting;
- Consistently achieve client KPIs;
- Utilize and actively participate in the improvement in the existing client Knowledge Database;
- Provide high level of technical guidance and assistance in problem solving.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal;
- Interest in Networking and Linux;
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Experience with VoIP is an advantage;
- Customer oriented and pro-active team player;
- Route and Switch familiarity is a plus;
- Telecommunications knowledge or education is considered an advantage.
