Join a leading Irish healthcare company delivering innovative pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biocides. We’re looking for an IPC Healthcare Manager to drive product and business growth at the field level, supporting our expanding portfolio across Ireland. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be at the forefront of infection prevention and control solutions.
Requirements for IPC Healthcare Portofolio Manager:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hospital sales with a focus on Infection Prevention and Control, or 2 years as a Registered Nurse/Clinical Educator with strong commercial awareness. Proven sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field is desirable.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing rapport and inspiring confidence with key decision-makers in clinical settings.
- Strategic Thinking: Able to identify customer needs and design tailored strategies to meet them.
- Technical Knowledge: Comfortable understanding and discussing complex clinical or technical information.
- Presentation & Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to the needs of a dynamic, growth-oriented organisation.
- Additional Advantage: Familiarity with Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) guidelines is highly desirable.
Responsibilities for IPC Healthcare Portofolio Manager:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, achieving sales targets within the IPC portfolio.
- Provide expert technical and clinical guidance, including training and education on the safe and effective use of IPC products.
- Maintain a live pipeline of new business opportunities and track progress toward targets.
- Stay up to date with product developments, industry trends, and changes in the target market.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by delivering education, support, and clinical value.
- Represent the company at national and international conferences, as well as support local workshops and study days.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by acting ethically and professionally at all times.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer needs and expectations across a large geographic territory.
