Essentials: potential for up to 500 covers daily, availability to work 5 /7 days per week including weekends, morning and evening shifts. Hot food is served from12pm daily Last orders 9.30 pm
Salary: €32k – €36k gross/year

Job responsibilities:
- To take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the senior chefs to meet the standard and the quality set by our client
- To follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- To coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
- You will be responsible for supervising junior chefs or commis.
- To estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- To ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
Requirements:
- Permission to work and reside in Ireland
- Methodical and organised work ethic
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Ability to use own initiative as well as take direction
- Ability to work as part of a team
