Trainer B2C fluent English

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify training needs by evaluating individuals strengths and weaknesses
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans for team and individuals and nesting plans for new hires
  • Leverage existing standard training curriculum and periodically evaluate programs to ensure they reflect any changes
  • Develop the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Facilitate standard training for new starters
  • Work on specialized projects as needed/ assigned
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders
  • Project manage launch roll-outs for new systems and updates to existing systems for the B2C team
  • Serve as a System subject matter expert maintaining a high degree of knowledge in all systems and tools utilized by B2C
  • Create and simplify complex system processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with the Worldwide Customer Care Trainer to create and update learning content for onboarding, new launches and up-training to be delivered on-site, virtual and, e-Learning environment.
  • Review performance reports and analytics, collect supporting data and make recommendations for continued improvement of the B2C experience

Requirements:

 

  • 2-3 experience as a trainer in a customer service/sales environment
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Ability to master full training cycle
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong training delivery and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English & another European language
  • e-Learning experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
