You will be accountable for building a desk by working with existing accounts, and building relationships with new clients. This is a 360 role. Your Responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment from candidate attraction, job qualification, advertising, consulting with clients, job qualification, interviewing and successfully placing candidates with clients
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates in the market.
- Provide advice and market insight to both clients and candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates are prepped
- Act as a mentor for more junior team members.
- Liaise between clients and candidates to negotiate salary packages and placement details at the offer stage.
- Develop, promote and advertise job openings.
- Maximising revenue from collaborating with existing clients and developing a comprehensive understanding of your client’s needs
- Providing excellent service to your candidates and clients through honest and prompt communication
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
Your Skills & Experience
- A third-level qualification is desirable (ideally in HR or related field)
- More than 2 years of proven agency/in-house recruitment experience in a high-volume (ideally) multilingual environment
- Proven track record hiring for one of the below sectors: healthcare / hospitality / sales / finance / marketing / customer service / human resources
- Experience hiring high volume multilingual roles (e.g. Dutch / German / Spanish / Nordic / etc)
- Proven track record in developing new clients and exceeding revenue targets
- Team player with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A good working knowledge of Boolean logic, innovative sourcing strategies, and experience building a robust pipeline of diverse talent are preferred.
- A natural ability to engage with people and develop successful relationships.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial with innovative ideas and an ability to “think outside the box”.
- Tenacious, resilient, hardworking and self-motivated.
- Fluent level of English
