PROJECT MANAGER – HANNOVER

Our client, a global consultancy company, is looking for a German and English-speaking Project Manager to join their team in Hannover, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Performance management
• Meeting client expectations
• Achieving company/team goals and targets
• Manage client relations: responsible for maintaining open and effective communication channels with the Client/s to ensure that our client is meeting objectives and delivering

value through our project performance and relationship management. Responsible for

communicating the latest news/demands/updates from the carrier to the team

• Managing a team: assigning written targets to individual team members; performance

management in line with our client’s performance management processes; liaising with HR

on personnel issues; managing absences, etc.

• Reporting: both internal and external report design and delivery; communicate changes

to any reporting requirements to the Data/Reporting team for implementation; review,

analyse discuss and deliver to the Client

• Assist with resolving invoicing/validation questions if required

Requirements:

• Native-level German and basic English fluency
• Demonstratable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone
• Ability to prioritise and be self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills
• Comfortable placing outbound calls
• Proven ability to lead a team
• Demonstrated ability to execute an effective sales process
• Experience as a Lease Consultant is preferred
• Customer service, call centre and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful
