Marketing Executive, Dublin 22 (12-Month FTC)

Occasional travel will be required to some Pharmacy branches and offsite events. The option of hybrid working upon successful completion of the probationary period is available.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy marketing department in the pharmacy sector and learn about medication, skincare, wellness and beauty and how to bring campaigns to market. You will work across all channels supporting the marketing team and cross-functionally with eCommerce, which is a key channel for our business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· Marketing point of contact for all store requests and queries to be managed in an efficient and timely manner.

· Management of incoming sponsorship and charity requests

· Assist and co-ordinate monthly point of sale and provide graphic design support.

· Support promotional changeover each month. Source images with suppliers for monthly point of sale and organise point of sale print allocations and distribution.

· Marketing digital asset champion who will create and manage a marketing assets image bank.

· Assist with all marketing and social media campaigns as requested by your Line Manager

· Assist marketing team with customer events and design support as required.

· Coordinate all PO requests from suppliers including raising POs, recording on file and keeping up to date at all times. Liaise with accounts, finance & suppliers on invoice requests.

· Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, management, suppliers and store colleagues.

· Complete all tasks to the best of your ability and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years experience in a marketing environment

· MS Office skills are essential with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience an advantage

· Experience in CRM and email marketing is preferable

· Strong copywriting and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail

· An understanding of and passion for retail marketing
