Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries from client employees
  • Investigate to conclude a solution to the request and communicate it to the requestor.
  • Emp personal data changes – Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates
  • Manager based transactions – New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
  • HR based transactions – mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
  • Reporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity
  • Audit Management – Support internal/external audits
  • Escalation management

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of Workforce Administration, HR (Center of excellence and Operations)
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
  • Familiar with Workforce Administration processes in ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good Analytical capabilities
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Proficient/Native in German language and English language
  • Experience with German labour eco-system and collective agreements
  • HR Admin experience +3 years
