HR Professional with fluent German
Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries from client employees
- Investigate to conclude a solution to the request and communicate it to the requestor.
- Emp personal data changes – Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates
- Manager based transactions – New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
- HR based transactions – mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
- Reporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity
- Audit Management – Support internal/external audits
- Escalation management
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Workforce Administration, HR (Center of excellence and Operations)
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
- Familiar with Workforce Administration processes in ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Analytical capabilities
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Proficient/Native in German language and English language
- Experience with German labour eco-system and collective agreements
- HR Admin experience +3 years
