HEAD CHEF

LOCATION: DUBLIN 2

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to become part of our client’s team. The new restaurant is a four-storey space comprising a sleek café bar, contemporary Asian restaurant, chic terrace, and stylish rooftop bar.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote teamwork by displaying positive attitude and provide training when necessary
• Have excellent knowledge & understanding of modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first-class service
• Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food to ensure the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant or hotel environment
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings (Mondays and Fridays are off)
