Helpline/Emergency Officer fluent German

• Ability to clearly communicate with customers in a timely manner via phone
• Experience working with a Computer Assisted Dispatch application and proficient in Microsoft Office ideally
• Experience and knowledge of regulations and compliance within a helpline service is a plus
• Open to flexible scheduling based on preference, including days, nights, and weekends (helpline open 24/7)- shift rotation
• Able to commute to an office for majority of work schedule (office-based position, working from home not possible at this stage)
• Previous experience in emergency response or high stress helpline communication centre environments, dealing with customers via phone
• Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with high attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment
• Current certification in CPR, emergency, fire, police dispatch is a plus
• Fluent German & English

Full time 40h p/week

First contract for 12 months

Salary: 4900e p/month gross
