Job Title: Financial Specialist

Report to: EU Manufacturing Controller

Location: Stenovice, Czech Republic

Salary: up to 55 000 CZK gross/month

Overview of Role:

The Financial Specialist will support the Plant and Financial management by performing the analyses and corrections of material accounts to provide an accurate overview of the material flow and inventory status. He/She will be responsible for correct system settings and for the month-end close of an assigned area.

Responsibilities:

•  Calculation and accounting of accruals, reserves and allocations
•  Preparation of documents for regular reporting, annual budget, and statutory audit
•  Stock analyzes and reconciliation of material balance accounts.
•  Collaboration on the stock inventory process
•  Checking and adjusting system settings
•  Ad Hoc requests processing
•  Communication with the company headquarters abroad
•  Support of company management in the assigned area

Required knowledge/skills/abilities:

•  University education (at least bachelor’s degree) in the field of accounting or business economics
•  At least 5 years of experience in accounting or controlling.
•  Advanced level of English language
•  Practical experience of working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle, good working knowledge of Excel
•  Ability to work independently and in a team.
•  Ability to meet deadlines.
•  Reliability, responsibility, diligence, loyalty and a willingness to learn new things.
