Profile:

• Dutch and English proficiency
  •    Representing our client’s brands and deliver outstanding customer service
  •    Be flexible to meet the changing needs and varying deadlines of our business
  •    Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs within a service-targeted environment.
  •    Have previous experience in a customer service environment

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service using Dutch and English language via phone, email, and chat.
  • Establishing a rapport with consumers to assist them with inquiries such as order taking, product information, monitoring deliveries, returns, size, and quality concerns.
  • Discussing new products and managing various activities to quickly handle consumer inquiries.
  • Identifying ways to enhance procedures to increase sales, brand loyalty, customer service, and experience.
  • Updating our systems with information and assisting marketing, retail, and other teams in improving customer service and satisfaction.
