Dutch speaking Emergency Dispatcher – Amsterdam, Netherlands (On-site)

Gross Salary: €25.13 per hour/€4,356 per month/€52,270 per year (Full-time)

Shift work including evenings, nights, early starts, weekends.

The Emergency Dispatcher is responsible for providing the highest service to individuals in an emergency. The support will be through inbound calls and Chat.

About you:

• Experience in emergency response or emergency communication environments / helpline / hotline
• Experience and knowledge of regulations and compliance within an emergency services environment is a plus
• Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with great attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment
• Current certification in CPR, emergency, Fire, and Police dispatch is a plus.
• Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both in written and spoken
