Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Dutch & English

Athens, Greece (Relocation assistance is available)

Working hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 18:30 (flexibility in case of client’s request for any future modification)

Inbound calls/emails/chat

Monthly gross salary: €1,500 (Plus sign on bonus €1,000 gross in 5 instalments effective from the first payment)

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Min 6 months of customer services experience
• Resident of or ability to relocate to Athens, Greece and gain work authorization

In this role, you’ll provide the highest level of service by resolving customer issues through phone, chat or email interactions. You’ll report to a Team Lead and will contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
