Customer Support Representative (Spanish speaking)
Salary: €1200 per month (14 salaries)
Working hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 24:00 (flexibility in case of client’s request for any future modification)
On-site: Athens- Greece

Our client is currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their Athens team.

Job Duties:
· Answering incoming communications from customers in Spanish (email, chat, inbound calls)
· Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
· Ensuring a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
· Making effective decisions on when to escalate a case
· Supporting your colleagues with peer learning, and being open to feedback from others
· Provides and maintain strong, professional relationship with all of the client’s customers and show empathy for our customers at all times.
Requirements:
· Fluent in Spanish and English language
· 6 months or more of customer service experience
· Resident of or ability to relocate to Athens, Greece
