Buying Administrator – Citywest – Dublin 24 (Pharmacy)

Your tasks will include:
- Supporting buying team day to day with supplier & marketing requests, supplier set up, creating orders & keying month offers/price changes
- Ownership and management of incoming queries from both suppliers and stores and replying in a timely manner.
- Provide general support to the purchasing team – specifically in the areas of the front of the shop and beauty
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that buying processes are implemented effectively and on time
- Attending supplier meetings with buyers from time to time
About you:
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
- Minimum Leaving Certificate, bachelor’s degree preferred
Skills Required:
- Buying administration experience desirable
- An understanding of and passion for retail
- MS Office
