B2B Order Management – Customer Service (Spanish speaking)
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Oversee sales and purchase orders from clients and/or affiliates for the Spanish-speaking market throughout the whole downstream supply chain flow.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping to the region of expertise in accordance with the Incoterms and the relevant KPIs
- Coordination of operational actions for assigned markets, including monitoring progress and intervening or escalating when problems develop as needed to meet deadlines and commercial needs.
- Respond to customer and sales manager inquiries about order management, stock availability, shipping status, credit concerns, and mis-shipments within 48 hours of receiving them and maintain track of them.
- Ensure Channel Inventory awareness & reaction (stock availability, delivery process) by cooperating with Distribution Planning toward full order stock allocation.
- For credit limit difficulties, closely collaborate with the Credit Risk, F&A, and Sales Managers.
- Follow up on open cases in accordance with the predetermined timetable (outbound campaign-based approach)
- Make inter-departmental cooperation a priority.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
- B2B Customer Service experience (desired)
- Order Management experience desirable
- MS Office experience – especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Spanish and English fluency is a must
- Call centre experience highly appreciated
