Emergency / Helpline Support fluent Dutch speaker

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (office based/ Training remote)

Relocation assistance/travel reimbursement

Requirement:

· Experience in emergency response or communication center environments

· Ability to clearly communicate with customers in a timely manner

· Experience and knowledge of regulations and compliance within an emergency services environment

· Able to commute to an office for the majority of work schedule

· Home network requirements

· Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with high attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment

· Current certification in CPR, emergency, fire, and police dispatch is a plus

· Bilingual Dutch/English both in written and speaking communication

· 40-hour contract/ Full time.

· Gross Salary: €25.13 per hour/€4,356 per month/€52,270 per year
