Our client is a leading social media and entertainment platform, currently looking for new talent in the area of Quality Assurance!

Currently, opening for fluent/native Danish speakers!

Location: Dublin (Ireland)

As a Quality Assurance / Label Specialist you will be in charge of:

• Conducting daily audits on internal systems
• Analyzing errors and providing feedback to respective teams
• Collaborating with the training team to align policy understanding of Quality Assurance and labelers
• Providing assistance with Policy/Quality-related questions.
• Guiding new hires in order to meet ramp-up targets
• Collaboration with Safety Specialist to provide feedback on Quality
• Identifying potential policy errors and correcting them on time
• Holding quality meetings with the team to analyze errors

Requirements:

• Danish and English fluency is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree preferred
• One year of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be a benefit
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills are required
