Customer Support fluent POLISH

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or remote if not based in Sofia (but must be in Bulgaria)

Salary: 3400 BGN gross p/month

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via phone and chat
• Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
• Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

• Have fluent level оf Polish and English
• Are customer service-oriented
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have strong typing and PC skills
• Are analytical and problem-solving oriented
