Dutch Customer Support Fully Remote

Location:Porto Portugal

Responsibilities:

· Attend and respond to incoming calls and emails.

· Resolve consumer queries and complaints that may occur

· Keep all company information which includes customer information confidential and secured.

Requirements:

· Advanced level of Dutch and English

What we offer:

· Base salary between €981 and €1268 (monthly gross). + Language bonus
