HR Admin- Berlin

Max salary 40k-45k gross base pa + 5% quarterly variable payout

Work location – Berlin (client’s office – can be mix of hybrid and work from office) but candidate must be flexible and open to work from office



  • Manage enquiries from client employees
  • Investigate to conclude a solution to the request and communicate it to the requestor.
  • Employees personal data changes – Changes to name, address, bank a/c, dependents updates, work authorization, data updates
  • Manager based transactions – New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
  • HR based transactions – mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
  • Reporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity
  • Audit Management – Support internal/external audits
  • Escalation management



  • Excellent understanding of Workforce Administration, HR (Center of excellence and Operations)
  • Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
  • Familiar with Workforce Administration processes in ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good Analytical capabilities
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • B2 level of German and English is a must 
  • Experience with German labour eco-system and collective agreements
  • HR Admin experience
